Delivery Process

Return and Exchange Process
If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered for any reason, you can request a refund by contacting us within 14(fourteen) days from the date you receive the products. You can send your request to the Return / Exchange section or to shop@puffincycle.com.  If you request a customization of your product such as color selection or size change,as special order It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts regarding prepared products.
